Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions
"Company" refers to Business360, the provider of the CRM services.
"Affiliate" refers to the individual or entity participating in the Company's affiliate program.
"Customer" refers to the end user who purchases the Company's CRM services through the Affiliate's referral.
"Commission" refers to the compensation paid to the Affiliate for successful referrals.
"Referral" refers to a Customer who signs up for the Company's CRM services through the Affiliate's unique referral link.
2. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program
Affiliates must apply for enrollment in the Company's affiliate program and be approved by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to reject any application for any reason.
Affiliates must provide accurate and complete information during the enrollment process.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates are responsible for promoting the Company's CRM services in a truthful and ethical manner.
Affiliates must not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when promoting the Company's CRM services.
4. Commission Structure
The Company will pay the Affiliate a commission for each successful referral in accordance with the commission structure outlined in the affiliate agreement.
Commissions are typically paid on a per-sale basis and are subject to change at the Company's discretion.
The Company reserves the right to withhold or cancel commissions for referrals that are found to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms and conditions.
5. Payment Terms
Commissions will be paid to the Affiliate on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold and any applicable withholding taxes.
Payments will be made via bank transfer, and the Affiliate is responsible for providing accurate payment information.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the affiliate agreement at any time for any reason upon written notice to the other party.
Upon termination, the Affiliate must immediately cease all promotional activities related to the Company's CRM services.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the affiliate agreement.
The Company's total liability to the Affiliate under the affiliate agreement will not exceed the total commissions paid to the Affiliate during the preceding 30 days.
8. Miscellaneous
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings. These terms and conditions may be amended or modified by the Company at any time upon written notice to the Affiliate.
